As your Brander Lodge wedding photographer, it’s my job to tell the story of your stunning wedding day in images. I love to spend the whole day with my couples (10 hours), but I can always do less hours for more intimate weddings if required.
Here I will give you a quick run down on what you expect if you book me as your Brander Lodge wedding photographer.
My shooting style is documentary. This simply means that I spend the main part of your wedding day documenting the scene around me. I mingle in with your wedding guests, capturing the events of the day as they unfold around me. This shooting style allows me to capture the true story of your wedding day. I love the authentic feeling of my images and this shooting style is how that is achieved. That being said, I do definitely think there are a few times in the day where this style needs changing up. For example, without some guidance you would have no formal pictures. So I do have to mix things up at some points of the day to ensure you are delivered all the images you will be wanting.
When it comes to your couples shots, I like these to have a really natural feel to them. It’s more about capturing a moment between the two of you than anything else. We will work with a few different backgrounds and some very gentle posing guidance. I want my couples to feel super comfortable, so it’s always about keeping things nice and natural.
