Firstly, hello! Welcome to my blog on Barcaldine Castle wedding photography!

So I visited this castle on a gorgeous sunny day and met with the lovely managers. As a result of my meeting, I’m very happy to say that I am a recommended photographer at this stunning venue!

After my meeting with Abbie and a tour around the stunning castle, I took myself off into the castle grounds for a spot of exploring!

I can honestly say that this venue is an absolute gem! The castle is suitable for more intimate weddings and it is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Being able to offer Barcaldine Castle wedding photography is pretty dreamy. I don’t think I could ask for more of a beautiful backdrop for my wedding photography!

The castle has 6 bedrooms, perfect for providing your closest family or friends with some stunning accommodation. With Oban being just a 30 minute drive away, your guests will not be short on activities if the amazing walks and stunning views are not enough to keep them occupied.

My shooting style is that of a documentary wedding photographer. This means that I like to capture the story of your day as it naturally unfolds. I don’t like cheesy pictures so will always be working towards your images having a timeless, elegant feel to them.

Your couples shots are super important to me. We are all there for your amazing day, so I want to take the time to capture some authentic moments of love between the two of you. We’ll take a walk away from your guests, and you can get lost in the moment with the mountains of Glencoe as your backdrop.
