Any personal data, such as the name, address, e-mail address or telephone number shall always be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in accordance with any UK specific data protection regulations.
What type of information is collected?
I collect data in different ways:
When using this website, information such as IP address, which pages of the site you are visiting and how long you are spending on them may be collected.

When you purchase a service or artwork from me using an online payment method (credit/debit card transaction), your personal details are held by a third party Shootproof. Shootproof use Braintree as their data processor, to take online payments. Both companies are GDPR compliant.
How is your data used?
Your data is used to ensure that I have all the data needed to provide services for your event. Information may be retained to seek future feedback on services provided and offer future services.
If you have made contact about a future event, I may hold your email address so I can contact you a month or so after you have first made contact.
I do not hold card information.
