My time as a Glasgow proposal photographer for Christian & Peyton’s secret proposal!
Peyton had no idea what was coming, she thought they were just going for a walk, followed by a fancy dinner.
Christian had been planning this moment for some time, with secret WhatsApp messages and lots of planning. On the day, I made my way up the Campsie Hills in very windy conditions, ready to capture the magic as it unfolded. A hilltop proposal is always full of surprises, and this one did not disappoint.
First, Christian found the perfect spot and brilliantly distracted Peyton with the view while he got down on one knee. Her reaction was beautiful. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, both sets of their parents appeared running up the hill, cheering! Christian had planned everything beautifully!
Finally, after the proposal, we launched into a romantic couples shoot, making for a truly unforgettable afternoon. The wind actually really added to an already romantic situation! Peyton was so happy and it was one of my favourite shoots to date! Another shoot planned from America!
