I had such a lovely time photographing Ruaridh & Clare’s elopement at Woodside Lodge on Loch Goil! Their day was romantic and intimate, with a mix of weather that somehow made everything feel even more magical!
The ceremony itself was beautiful and relaxed, carried out by Argyll & Bute registrars, who I always love to work with. After the ceremony, we adventured around the gardens at Woodside Lodge, which is always a lot of fun! As well as the views of Loch Goil, the gardens are beautiful for pictures and offer lots of different colours throughout the seasons.
Woodside Lodge is actually one of the closest venues to my home, I can see it from the bottom of my garden! Being able to work somewhere so local makes it feel extra special. It’s a place that I love, so working for couples that share the love for the area is wonderful!
