Capturing Simon & Heather’s wedding on the breathtaking Easdale Island was an unforgettable adventure. From the creative touches to the beautiful island scenery, every moment was full of personality, laughter, and love.
Simon went above and beyond by crafting a custom made staircase to allow guests to reach the perfect spot for their ceremony. Heather created a stunning wedding cape to go over her dress, which really added a unique and personal touch to their wedding. The ceremony location was unbelievably picturesque! If you haven’t been to Easdale Island then I would recommend visiting!
Getting to the ceremony required a short boat ride, adding extra excitement to the day! The community halls on Easdale and Seil Islands were used to cook and then host the wedding breakfast. It was laid back, fun and a very unique wedding that I will never forget!
Instead of the traditional confetti, for this wedding it was actually rice! Which proved a little painful for the couple, but it made for some hilarious pictures! From heartfelt vows to silly, spontaneous moments with guests, Simon and Heather’s day was full of joy and personality (and sunglasses!).
What makes this wedding feel super memorable is combination of creativity, love, and fun. Simon and Heather were so much fun to work with and so were their guests. I was invited to stay on for the evening celebrations, but unfortunately had to head home. I have always felt that I missed a hell of a celebration!
