Old Kilmun House wedding photography, by Chloe Jane Wedding Photography.

LiYing & Lewis had the most beautiful wedding, with unique touches that I have not encountered before. One thing I truly love about being a wedding photographer, is how every wedding is so very different!!

LiYing walked down from Old Kilmun House, into the beautiful gardens. There were two, very sweet flower girls holding her veil. She met Lewis and their family under a tree for the ceremony, there was a lovely reading by Lewis’ sister and it was simply perfect!

Afterwards, we headed into the yurt for a tea ceremony. This was my first experience of a tea ceremony and I was absolutely entranced! It was peaceful, emotional and enlightening. I absolutely loved it, from start to finish. It felt so special to witness, almost too special for me to be there taking pictures. I would have happily set down the camera and joined in if I’m truly honest!

After the ceremony, we went for an adventure to Benmore Botanic Gardens and the beach of Loch Long, opposite Old Kilmun House.

A very special wedding that made me think about things in a way that I haven’t before. I don’t often leave a wedding feeling like I’ve learnt something new from a personal aspect. One to remember for sure.
